Economic effect of Japanese animation studio Now, I will mainly introduce the GHIBLI studio of Hayao MIYAZAKI. It's a Japanese animation studio that was founded in 1985 by two greatest animation creators, Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata. Known as Japan's premiere animation studio, its name was used for the Italians' Saharan scouting planes in World War II, and it derived from the Libyan "sirocco", a hot wind blowing through the Sahara Desert. Studio Ghibli blowed a fresh wind into the Japanese animation industry and indeed it did! With a creative force of many talented directors, animators and storytellers who were brought under the brilliant supervision of Hayao Miyazaki, Isao Takahata, and Studio Ghibli had made many animation masterpieces. The well known PRICESS MONONOKE and SPIRITED AWAY are some examples of the very high quality of anime (animated movies). The studio's work was praised for their originality, dazzling animation and epic storytelling. They receive a lots and kinds of awards, and break record of many other movies. Needless to say, their films had not only been respected and loved by all Japanese, anime fans and film lovers, but also been loved by people from all over the world. In the game universe, Blizzard just like the GHIBLI studio that take many kinds and fun MMORPG to us, yet players cost much time to leveling up and collecting wow gold.

Hayao Miyazaki's 1997 PRICESS MONONOKE got $150 million at the Japanese box office (the top-grossing of Japanese film was usually $30 million), following up a whole string of masterpieces. His 2001 movie, SPIRITED AWAY (Sen to Chihiro not Kamikakushi) is the best of the current crop of animated features. The movie set up a new box office record for the Japanese production. It was the first movie which earned $200 million at the worldwide box office before opening in the United States. In Japan, SPIRITED AWAY was broken most record of TITANIC. SPIRITED AWAY had made over $200 million (US dollars) in Japan and 16.9 million paid admissions, according to Daily Variety. It is hard to believe that Titanic had made over $188 million in that time.8 million paid admissions in Japan. SPIRITED AWAY is more popular than TITANIC just from record in the Japan. It took the Golden Bear award at the Berlin Film Festival, and then the crowning glory - the Best Animated Feature Film Oscar in 2003.

As big animation creation country, Japanese have almost more then 430 studios. Every year, these studios produce animations. In 2004, Japanese domestic animation films were about 81, weekly TV animations were over 80, and the whole year animation programs were nearly 4,000. The animation market sales (animation movie box office receipts, animation films and television's video income) amounted to 373.9 billion yen. Therefore, it is said that the Japanese animation studios bring huge benefits.
